cream caramel


For 1 people

  • 4 Eggs
  • ½ spoon of vanilla powder
  • ½ cup of milk
  • 7 spoons of sugar


To prepare the Crème In a bowl, mix 4 eggs with ¼ spoon of vanilla powder and 2 spoons of sugar Add ½ a cup of milk in the crème caramel mixture

To prepare the caramel sauce Add 5 spoons of sugar with ½ a cup of water in a pan then, stir until the mixture turns to brown Add the sauce in a serving plate then pour the crème mixture on the top Put the crème caramel bowl in a large pan then pour water around it Leave the pan in the oven for 25 minutes then leave the crème caramel in the fridge for an hour Finally it’s ready for serving
