Crepe recipe with chocolate and nuts


For 4 people

  • To prepare the crepes:
  • Flour - 1 cup
  • Sugar - 1 tablespoon
  • Milk - 1¾ cups
  • Salt - A pinch
  • Eggs - 2
  • Vanilla extract- 1 teaspoon
  • Butter for frying - As needed
  • To garnish:
  • Peeled and diced coconut - ½ piece
  • Almonds - 2 tablespoons
  • Toasted Hazelnuts - 2 tablespoons
  • Chocolate spread - To taste


To prepare the crepes dough: in the Moulinex Genuine blender, put the milk, sugar, vanilla extract, salt, eggs and flour.

Blend the ingredients well with the help of the mix stick until smooth.

Prepare the coconut: place the grater in the Moulinex Genuine blender and grate the coconut.

Spread on a baking sheet and toast in a 180 pre-heated oven for 8-10 minutes.

To prepare the nuts: place the grinder in the Moulinex Genuine blender and grind the almonds and hazelnuts.

To prepare the crepes: grease a pan with little butter on medium heat.

Pour the batter in the pan using a ladle.

Leave to cook for 1 minute then flip it over and cook the other side until browned.

Repeat with the remaining batter.

Serve the crepes with chocolate spread and garnish with coconut, almonds and hazelnuts.
