Cheese and pesto pizza


For 6 people

  • Zero flour: 1 cup (200 g)
  • Wheat flour: 1 1/3 cups (300 g)
  • Yeast: 25 g
  • Sugar: 1 tablespoon
  • Ready-made pesto sauce: 1 cup (200 g)
  • Mozzarella cheese: 1 cup (200 g)
  • Olive oil
  • Salt


In the Moulinex Masterchef Gourmet stainless steel bowl, beat the flour, yeast and sugar with some warm water until you get a smooth and soft dough ball.

Cover dough with plastic wrap and let rise in a warm place for 1 hour.

After rising, mix the dough with ½ cup of water, 2 tablespoons of olive oil and 1 teaspoon of salt then roll it to get a ball.

Cover the dough again with plastic wrap, and put it in a warm place for 30 minutes until it rises and doubles in size.

Knead the dough once again in the Moulinex Masterchef Gourmet stainless steel bowl.

Spread the dough using a rolling pin on a floured work surface.

Stretch the dough on a lightly greased tray until it is ½ cm thick.

Let it rise for 20 minutes then spread the ready-made pesto sauce equally on its top.

Shred the mozzarella cheese using the Moulinex Masterchef Gourmet shredder and sprinkle the surface evenly, avoiding the edges.

Bake the pizza in a preheated 240°C oven for 20 minutes until dough is crisp and brown. Cut pizza into slices and serve immediately.
