Burger with mushroom sauce


For 1 people

  • 4 Keizer bread
  • ½ Kilo chopped meat
  • Bread crumbs
  • Salt & Pepper
  • Egg
  • Butter
  • Vegetable oil
  • Cheddar cheese
  • Onion
  • Mushrooms
  • 1 Cup cooking cream


To prepare the burger: Mix and add chopped meat, breaded crumbs and 1 egg seasoned with pepper and salt Shape the mixture of beef patties into burgers Fry the burgers in a small amount of butter Add a slice of cheddar cheese on top of the patty while still in the pan to melt well

To prepare the mushroom sauce: Get a clean pan, and stir chopped onion in vegetable oil and butter for 5 minutes Add some mushrooms and cooking cream and stir them for 10 minutes.

To make the sandwich: Add the burger, the slice of cheese in the bread then add the mushroom sauce and enjoy the home made burger
